· How can I cancel an order?

How can I cancel an order?
· If you have already made payment, but the item has not yet been shipped, perform the following steps:
Go to My Order - Awaiting Shipping and locate the order of the item you wish to cancel;
Click on Cancel Order and click OK to cancel your order.
Note: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have a special case, please contact the seller for cancellation and if the seller agrees, you can cancel the order.
What if I selected the wrong specification of an item but have already placed the order?
Please check the order status:
· If the order status is Awaiting Shipping, you can directly cancel the order and place a new order;
· If the order status is Awaiting Delivery, then your order can no longer be canceled. However, you can try contacting the seller for a possible solution.
If I cancel the order, does the refund include the coupon's discounted amount?
If you cancel an order, the refund amount will be based on the amount you paid.
